对于回收土地和租金行动的限制

Withregardstothelimitationofactionstorecoverrents,thetimescaleforallthreejurisdictionsislimitedtosixyears.

关于要求死者个人财产的诉讼时效，对死者个人财产或该财产的任何份额或权益的任何索赔，无论是否根据遗嘱，均应该在诉讼时效期届满前提出。在三个司法辖区内均为12年。
